Who, What, Where, When, Why, How?

JBG is a solo run pizza shop* located a few blocks away from Central Ave in St. Petersburg, FL.

I have 10+ years experience in a variety of different style pizza shops. Neapolitan style has always been the most fun to me. I like the simplicity of ingredients that help showcase quality. It's more technical and I find comfort in that. Most importantly though, it's still "real" food. It's Pizza.

It's always been a dream to have my own shop. Selling my food, my recipes. There's nothing better than cooking for people and them absolutely loving it. It's not a dream I ever thought would be reality, though. I'm not starting with much. I'm a super small business. It's just me. I don't have all the equipment, I truly want, or my own brick and mortar shop. Yet.

I have the skills and the passion to more than make up for it. I believe in the quality of my food. I make damn good food and I only plan on getting even better.

Pizza shouldn't have to cost a ton while still being really good. I want to sell really great quality pizza, for an actual reasonable price. By being just me and having a limit to what I sell each day, I can keep prices lower without lowering quality.
